Registration and your account
Provide accurate profile details and use your own Google account. Your affiliate profile is separate from an ABH Assistant customer account. Registration takes effect immediately with Active status and does not require manual approval.
Referral attribution
The first valid referral click is retained for 60 days. A later affiliate link does not replace an unexpired valid referral. If a new user creates an ABH Assistant account within this period, the affiliate association is permanent. Existing Assistant accounts are not automatically attributed by clicking a link. Attribution depends on the referral being retained in the same browser; clearing browser data or changing devices can prevent attribution.
Responsible promotion
Describe ABH Assistant accurately. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting it. Do not impersonate ABH, make misleading claims, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use deceptive methods to generate referral clicks.
Account status
ABH administrators may suspend or reactivate an affiliate account. Suspension prevents new valid referral attribution and invalidates pending referrals from before suspension. Historical clicks and existing permanent signup associations are retained. After reactivation, new valid referral clicks may be captured.
Commission and payments
The program pays a one-time 20% commission on a referred user's first successful paid recharge, calculated after discounts and excluding tax. Subsequent recharges do not qualify. Once the signup association is permanent, the date of the first recharge is not limited by the original 60-day window.
Payout reports are prepared monthly on the 1st, with manual payments targeted for the 10th and no minimum payout threshold. The actual settlement date and reference are recorded. Different currencies remain separate. Payouts may be held for administrative review without deleting earned commission.
Refunds and recovery
Full or partial refunds, chargebacks, and authoritative payment invalidations may reverse or reduce unpaid commissions. A completely invalidated first recharge before payout allows a later eligible recharge to qualify, while retaining the earlier history. After settlement, the invalidated commission becomes a clawback, capped at the original settled commission. ABH may offset outstanding clawbacks against future commission payouts, record external recoveries, or record an authorized waiver. The portal shows gross commission, deductions, settlement, and outstanding recovery separately. DEV sandbox records do not transfer money or establish production payment obligations.
Information recorded
ABH records your registration details, terms acceptance version and time, account status history, referral clicks, campaign identifiers, and signup associations to operate this program. Referral links display your public referral code; they do not disclose your email or profile details.
